Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: He's very analytical and very concentrated. Most of his passing thought processes will be dedicated to whatever has the bulk of his attention at the moment--be it revenge, causing random fear-fueled mayhem, the Batman, psychoanalyzing whoever he's talking to... It's also been said that he's just evil, rather than insane; take that as you will.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Go for it!
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Not really his shtick, brah.
Maim/Murder/Death: I'm always down for some good ol' fashioned violence, but if it's leading towards permanent damage or death... Please ask first! If it's for a good CR plot reason, we can work something out. If not, then probably no.
